Saying Goodbye to the Bluegrass

It is finally official.  I pack out my little Kentucky home on Monday, June 27th.  Technically, I will be homeless until Friday, July 15th but I am pretty confident family will take me in!

Yep, I am headed back to Omaha.  If you happened to miss my earlier Facebook post, here is a picture gallery of where Mom and I will be moving.  (If you want my actual address, shoot me a message of some sort.)  http://www.ontarioplaceomaha.com/Gallery.aspx

Hopefully, I will have some work sooner than later.  I have a couple promising prospects regarding regular jobs.  One at a counseling center and one through a staffing agency.  Neither are solid just yet.  I do have a couple of people who have contacted me to do online "coaching" which is cool.  I am happy to do some strengths coaching and/or spiritual direction for you and all your friends, as well.  Ha!  No . . . . seriously . . . I do that now.

What will I do in Omaha?  I don't know.  I will likely go to the zoo.  A lot.  I will probably babysit some (family does that sometimes, right?).  Along those lines I should probably just spend time with the next generation of our family, in general, so they don't run from me screaming, "Stranger!".

Eventually, I will travel to Germany (about 40% of the money has been raised so far).  I might crash one of the services that used to be Iowa District Campmeeting.  Who knows - maybe I will start a Bluewater in the Heartland church if I get bored.

The big question, however, is, "What is blue in Nebraska?!"  I went from Bluewater to Bluegrass to Blue . . . . what?  How ever shall I keep it blue??
